For over 100 years, we have been baking with love and craftsmanship. From crispy rolls to whole grain bread: our range is wide and always fresh. Every day, we supply a large part of the supermarkets throughout the Netherlands. You can taste the difference with us - and the same goes for the atmosphere in our bakeries.

What will you do?

Every day is different at Bakker Goedhart. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the baking process runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Preparing dough: weighing, mixing, letting it rise.

• Operating the production line and machines.

• Quality controls on color, structure, and taste of the bread.

• Resolving minor technical issues.

• Working according to HACCP regulations - clean and safe.

Who are we looking for?

• An mbo diploma is nice to have, not a must.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.

• You don't panic easily when there are malfunctions, you know how to tackle them head-on. You handle minor malfunctions yourself, but you are a baker, not a technician. Major malfunctions are handled by the technical department.

• You work with your colleagues in a three-shift system. From 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, or from 23:00-07:00.

• You are available for 38 hours per week. If you prefer to work part-time, we would also like to hear from you.
